Order Questions
Can I order from ANY Restaurant?
Dine In Victoria has partnered with over 20 of the most popular restaurants in Victoria. Our Restaurant Partners are listed on our Home page. To bring you a wide variety of food "Right to Your Door".
Is there a minimum order?
$15.00 is the minimum order that each restaurant require of us to deliver their food to you.
Can I place an order for a later date?
Absolutely! Both by phone and on our website.
How do I know if you got my on-line order?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately, as well as a call back confirming the particulars of your order.

How can I pay?
All payments are made when our driver arrives at your home.
No on-online payment is required! Drivers accept:
Groups
We pride ourselves in our ability to handle groups of any size. Meals can arrive individually or "buffet Style" with EVERTHING you need. Call us ahead of time to set up a group function

What does the delivery cost?
Our Delivery Fee starts at only 4.95$, and goes up depending on the delivery area. We can deliver outside these areas, however, an increased delivery fee will apply. Further delivery areas may need to be placed ahead of time to insure our local deliveries are done in a timely fashion while accommodating you as well.
How long does delivery take?
This will be based on a combination of the distance from the restuarant and the volume of orders at the restaurant. We will typically have your order hot to your door between 45 mins. and one hour from your order being placed.
**Your order comes STRAIGHT from the restaurant to your door. No stops in between.
How many drivers do you have?
On a regular evening we have 7 or 8 Drivers working. Weekends, special occasions and holidays we will have up to 15 drivers delivering meals.
Should I tip the driver?
Our drivers are contractors so they are paid on their delivery fees and their gratuities.
They do use their own vehicles and gas so gratuities are greatly appreciated (and at your discretion).
All orders over $50 do include 10% gratuity that goes to the driver.
This insures that we keep professional drivers that are happy and work hard to get your order there hot and on time.
Corporate Catering
Can I order from ANY Restaurant?
Dine In Victoria has contracted a specific group of our restaurants to provide meals for our Corporate Lunch Program.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the lunch program has a $120 minimum
Is there a deadline to order for lunch deliveries?
Yes, all group orders must be submitted one day in advance
